While other popular low-carb diets like the keto or paleo diets restrict the number of carbohydrates consumed this diet excludes all carbs making it a zero carb diet.

They also claim it can improve, body weight, depression, anxiety, diabetes, skin ailments, pain, digestive problems, and arthritis, but the biggest reason people choose to give the carnivore diet a try is to lose weight.
Possible The Health Risks
Since the diet is exclusively made up of animal foods, persons using the carnivore diet meal plan should note that it can be high in saturated fat and cholesterol. Saturated fat can raise the levels of low-density lipoproteins (LDL) or bad cholesterol, the risk of developing heart disease may increase.
